1. 概述

禅境（ZenRealm，以下简称"本应用"）由禅境团队开发并通过 Apple App Store 分发。我们高度重视您的隐私。本政策详细说明本应用在何种情况下处理哪些数据、如何处理，以及您的权利。

2. 我们不收集的信息

本应用 不要求注册账号，不收集您的姓名、电话、地址、邮箱、设备标识符（IDFA）、位置等个人身份信息。我们不使用第三方分析或广告 SDK，不进行跨应用跟踪。

3. 本地存储的数据

以下数据存储在您的设备本地（iPhone 与 Apple Watch），由 iOS 系统沙盒保护：

• 修行记录：木鱼敲击次数、打坐时长、行禅记录、每日功课完成情况
• 设置偏好：界面主题、提醒、音效开关、订阅状态
• 修行日记：您主动输入的笔记与状态记录

4. 健康数据（HealthKit）

本应用在征得您明示授权后，通过 Apple HealthKit 框架读取以下数据，用于在修行界面展示实时身体状态、生成会话报告与每日洞察：

• 读取：心率、静息心率、心率变异性（HRV）、血氧、呼吸率、步数、活动能量、Apple 运动时间、Apple 站立、睡眠分析、正念会话、Workout 记录
• 写入：正念会话（Mindful Session）— 当您完成一次冥想或木鱼修行后，本应用可将该次会话写入"健康"App，便于您统一查看正念记录

所有 HealthKit 数据仅在您的设备本地与（如您启用）您本人的 iCloud 私人数据库之间流转，从不上传至我们或任何第三方的服务器，也不会用于广告或与第三方共享。您可随时在 iOS"设置 → 健康 → 数据访问 → 禅境"中撤销授权。

根据 Apple 政策，HealthKit 数据绝不会用于广告、营销、数据挖掘，也不会出售或转让给第三方。

5. iCloud 同步（CloudKit）

若您启用 iCloud 同步功能，本应用使用 Apple 的 CloudKit 服务将您的修行记录与冥想记录同步到您本人的 iCloud 私人数据库（Private Database），用于在您拥有的多台设备之间共享数据。该数据仅您本人可访问，禅境团队无法读取您 CloudKit 中的内容。您可在 iOS"设置 → [您的 Apple ID] → iCloud → 管理 App"中关闭对禅境的 iCloud 访问。

6. 订阅与付费

本应用提供"白金会员"等自动续期订阅。所有付款由 Apple App Store 处理，本应用不接触您的支付信息。我们仅通过 StoreKit 接收订阅状态（有效/失效），用于在本地解锁会员功能。订阅管理与取消请前往 iOS"设置 → [您的 Apple ID] → 订阅"。

7. 数据共享

本应用不向任何第三方共享、出售或出租您的个人数据。我们不使用广告网络、不嵌入第三方追踪器。

8. 数据保留与删除

本地数据在您主动删除应用或在应用内执行"删除所有数据"操作时被清除。iCloud 中的数据可在应用内"个人中心 → 删除我的数据"中一并清除。HealthKit 写入的正念记录可在 iOS"健康"App 中删除。

9. 儿童隐私

本应用面向 4 岁及以上用户开放，但不针对 13 岁以下儿童。我们不会有意收集 13 岁以下儿童的任何信息。若您是家长并发现孩子向我们提供了信息，请联系我们以删除。

10. 您的权利

根据您所在地区适用的法律（包括但不限于 GDPR、CCPA、中国《个人信息保护法》），您有权访问、更正、删除您的数据，撤回同意，以及向监管机构投诉。由于本应用不在我们服务器存储您的个人数据，访问与删除可直接通过应用内操作完成。

11. 政策更新

我们可能不时更新本隐私政策。重大变更将在本页面公告，并在应用内提示。继续使用本应用即表示您接受更新后的政策。

1. Overview

ZenRealm (the "App") is developed by the ZenRealm Team and distributed through the Apple App Store. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data the App handles, under what circumstances, and the choices available to you.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

The App does not require account registration and does not collect your name, phone number, address, email, device identifiers (IDFA), or location. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs, and we do not perform cross-app tracking.

3. Data Stored Locally

The following data is stored on your device (iPhone and Apple Watch), protected by the iOS app sandbox:

• Practice records: wooden fish strike counts, meditation duration, walking practice records, daily task completion
• Settings and preferences: theme, reminders, sound toggles, subscription state
• Practice journal: notes and state entries you create yourself

4. Health Data (HealthKit)

With your explicit permission, the App accesses the following data through Apple's HealthKit framework, used to display real-time physiological state during practice and to generate session reports and daily insights:

• Read: heart rate, resting heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), oxygen saturation, respiratory rate, step count, active energy, Apple Exercise Time, Apple Stand, sleep analysis, mindful sessions, workouts
• Write: mindful sessions — when you complete a meditation or wooden fish session, the App may write the session to the Apple Health app so all your mindfulness records appear in one place

All HealthKit data stays between your device and (if enabled) your own iCloud Private Database. It is never sent to our servers or to any third party, never used for advertising, and never sold. You can revoke access at any time in iOS Settings → Health → Data Access → ZenRealm.

In accordance with Apple's policy, HealthKit data is never used for advertising, marketing, or data mining, and is never sold or transferred to third parties.

5. iCloud Sync (CloudKit)

If you enable iCloud Sync, the App uses Apple's CloudKit service to sync your practice and meditation records to your own iCloud Private Database, so the data is available across devices you own. This data is accessible only to you; the ZenRealm Team cannot read the contents of your CloudKit data. You may disable iCloud access for ZenRealm in iOS Settings → [Your Apple ID] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions such as "Platinum Membership". All payments are processed by Apple via the App Store; the App never receives your payment information. We only receive your subscription status (active/expired) through StoreKit to unlock premium features locally. Manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → [Your Apple ID] → Subscriptions.

7. Data Sharing

The App does not share, sell, or rent your personal data to any third party. We do not use ad networks or embed third-party trackers.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Local data is removed when you delete the App or use the in-app "Delete All Data" function. iCloud data can be erased in-app via Profile → Delete My Data. Mindful sessions written to HealthKit can be deleted in the iOS Health app.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is rated 4+ but is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. If you are a parent and discover your child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can delete it.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR, CCPA, China PIPL, and others), you have the right to access, correct, and delete your data, to withdraw consent, and to lodge complaints with a regulator. Because the App does not store your personal data on our servers, access and deletion can be performed directly within the App.

11. Updates to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page and surfaced inside the App. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance.
